These rules are to be followed without question in all Rebels MC Charters & Chapters within the Rebels Nation on GTAV. Individual Charters & Chapters may have specific rules relating to them only in addition to these.

Mandatory Rules Must be known by all members

• Respect your club, your charter or chapter, your patch, fellow members & hierarchy at all times.
• All clubs created under the Rebels Nation are equal.
• Never raise arms at another member unless training or in agreed battle (PvP, DM, etc)
• You must own atleast one Harley Davidson style motorcycle.
• Treat your motorcycles like a member.
• Supercars are for girls & squeakers. it is OK to own one for racing purposes.
• Respect your club, your charter or chapter, your patch, fellow members & heirarchy at all times (appears twice for a reason)

Disciplinary Process

• The National President reserves the right to revoke any decision & to impose authority on any charter or chapter created under the Rebels nation.
• All decisions made by the Rebels Council are final unless revoked by majority vote or by the national President.
• Any member "charged" with an offence will have one (1) right of reply (use it wisely).
• Malicious crew killing will NOT be tolerated. Hierarchy of individual charters or chapters have full right to remove any member proven of such an offence without Council consultation & have full authority to use violent force if deemed warranted.
• All charters and chapters are to be advised of any members removed & they are to be added to the ban list.
• The Rebels "Hit Squad" may be used by Council for official business. This may or may not be disclosed to members depending on sensitivity.
