Code of Conduct

The Rebels MC Code of Conduct is to apply to all members.

This is our Code of Conduct... the rules that govern our gameplay on GTA Online. Without this Code of Conduct our crew would fall apart, splintering into smaller groups battling against one another. Failure to comply can &, more than likely, will result in disciplinary action that may see you banned from the crew altogether. These rules are set in place for the greater good of the club as a whole. Club laws are subject to change at times. Amendments will be made public as they arise.

1(a) Offences

  1. Aiding enemies, breaching "parole", going AWOL, terrorism.
  2. Disrespecting the Club &/or members of the Council.
  3. Closed social club profile
  4. Not meeting basic requirements after promotion.
  5. Malicious &/or careless crew kills or allied crew kills.
  6. Impersonation of a higher ranking officer or chapter (detrimentally).
  7. Inappropriate or derogatory behaviour towards females &/or children.

1(b) Warnings

All members are entitled to one (1) message for clarification and reasoning unless a members actions require immediate action.

If reasoning or contact cannot be attained, high ranking officers may make executive decisions independently which may include violent enforcement, demotions, kicking and banning of members.

Some offences are circumstantial so warnings may be issued too offenders, especially if the offender prepares a good defence, or if the offence is deemed unworthy of more severe punishment and the offender agrees to discontinue any problematic behaviour. The amount of warnings per offender may vary depending on the offence.

1(c) Parole System

Offenders who have been served with a conviction under the Rebels MC Code of Conduct are sentenced to "parole". If a member breaches parole, an automatic revoking of membership and banning applies.

48 hours will be given to any offender to prepare a defence for an action they have been accused of. If they forfeit their defence or do not reply, they are automatically placed on parole.

If / when a parolee reaches the end of their parole term without further breaches, their conviction will be withdrawn.

2(a) Punishment

Failure to comply with the Rebels MC Code of Conduct section 1(a) 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 13 will get you banned if executive powers of authority are warranted and immediate action must be taken for the benefit of the club according to circumstances. Senior Council members may ban any member without notice who is found to be in direct violation. All other offenders will fall under the Rebels MC Code of Conduct section 1 (b).

Members who violate the Rebels MC Code of Conduct section1 (a) 2 will more than likely be suspended without notification. In extreme circumstances or by preference for the benfit of the club, high ranking officers of the Rebels Council may revoke the membership or ban any member for violation of the Rebels MC Code of Conduct section 1 (a).

Demotions happen to members who violate the rebels MC Code of Conduct section 1 (a) 3, 4.

Some members may be reinstated to last known rank without cost if they make corrective action. Some may be subject to harsh penalties. Each case is based on it;s own merits.

  • Ensure gamer tag is linked and shown.
  • Not have non-RFFR MC's in crew list.
